Federico Ambrosoni gets MVP of the Week award for Uruguayan Liga de Ascenso

Federico Ambrosoni (183-PG-1999) had a great game in the last round for Atletico Tabare and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Liga de Ascenso Player of the Week award for round 4.
The 25-year old playmaker had the game-high 24 points adding five rebounds and eight assists for Tabare in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Capitol (1-3) 95-93. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Tabare is placed at 12th position in Uruguayan Liga de Ascenso. The season is still in it's early stage, so the team may have a chance to improve their current position in the standings. They lost 3 games and had just one victory. In the team's last game Ambrosoni had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Tabare, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Olimpia can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 3 games. Russell has individually a great season in Uruguay. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 17.3ppg (9th best).
