Gregorio number one in Uruguay Liga Femenina for round 9

Guard Joaquina Gregorio (168-G-2001, agency: BIG) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked Malvin Montevideo, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 24-year old player was the main contributor (21 points, five rebounds and six assists) to her team's victory, helping them to beat Lagomar (#5, 5-3) 76-61. Malvin is placed at 2nd position in Uruguayan Liga Femenina. They are still close to the very top. Malvin would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game Gregorio had a remarkable seven three-pointers out of 10 attempts. She has many years of experience at Malvin, through which she has constantly improved. Joaquina Gregorio has solid league stats. She is in league's top in assists (7th best: 4.1apg) and averages impressive 41.9% from behind 3-point line.
