Carlos Cedeno loaned to Brillantes, Amos Acosta goes to Marinos- August 10, 2022

In 2006 (three years after he left the college) he was drafted by Bakersfield Jam (D-League) in eighth round (86th overall). He attended Frank Phillips College (JUCO) until 2003 and it will be his 21st (!!!) season in pro basketball. Cedeno was a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. He was called to Venezuelan Senior National Team between 2004 and 2013 and previously for U21 National Team back in 2004. Cedeno is a very experienced player. He has played also professionally in Argentina (Lanus), Colombia (Piratas), Poland and Venezuela (Centauros de Apure, Panteras, Guaiqueries, Trotamundos and Espartanos). Cedeno won Venezuelan LNB championship title in 2008, 2010 and 2016. He was voted to Venezuelan LPB All-Star Game back in 2008 and 2014. Cedeno is close to retirement age as a player. It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Brillantes.
