Cocodrilos - Guaiqueries 76-63

Dominican Luis Montero (203-1993, college: South Plains) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 16 rebounds. Dominican Diego Colon (188-2001) contributed with 22 points for the winners. Dominican point guard Gelvis Solano (185-1994, college: Merrimack) replied with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and Dominican Juan Guerrero (203-1993) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Guaiqueries. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

Gaiteros - Marinos 66-76

Marinos outrebounded Gaiteros 44-29 including 31 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American forward KJ McDaniels (197-1993, college: Clemson) who scored 17 points and 9 rebounds. Senegalese-American center Malik Dime (206-1992, college: Washington, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. American guard Nahziah Carter (198-1999, college: Washington) produced 18 points and 5 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and swingman Luis Duarte (190-1994) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
