SPB 2023 - Brillantes add Abdul-Aleem to their roster, ex Al Karameh

Brillantes-de-Zulia (SPB) added to their roster experienced 34-year old American shooting guard Musa Abdul-Aleem (196cm-100kg-1988, college: Troy) for the upcoming SPB 2023 season.
Abdul-Aleem just played at Al Karameh in Syrian SBL league. In three games he recorded very impressive stats: 20.0ppg, 2.7rpg, 1.7apg and 1.7spg last season. He ended the last season at Plateros in Mexican LNBP where in two games he averaged 9.0ppg, 1.0rpg, 2.0apg and 1.0spg. But the most of that year he spent at Broncos in Venezuelan SPB. In 27 games he had also remarkable stats: 17.6ppg, 2.7rpg, 1.9apg and 1.4spg.
In 2015 he was drafted by Austin Spurs (D-League) in sixth round (99th overall).
The former Troy University standout is in his eighth season in pro basketball.
Abdul-Aleem is quite experienced player. Abdul-Aleem's career allowed him to visit five different continents, while he played in twelve different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and of course North America. Abdul-Aleem has played previously professionally in Chile (Concepcion), Greece (Kymis), Lebanon (Beirut Club), Morocco (AS Sale), Qatar (Al Rayyan and Al Wakrah), Saudi Arabia (Ohod and Al Fateh), Uruguay (Trouville), Dominican Republic (San Carlos), Libya (Al Ittihad), Mexico (Ostioneros de Guaymas), El Salvador (Santa Tecla) and Egypt (Ashab Aljead). His team won Saudi Arabian League Regular Season in 2018 and 2019.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Afrobasket.com Libyan League All-Imports Team in 2021.
