SPB 2023 - Prince Ibeh (ex TB Herobears) signs at Guaros

Guaros-de-Lara (SPB) landed 28-year old Rwandan-American ex-international 208cm center Prince Ibeh (college: Texas), agency: Rigorer Korea Agency for new season. Ibeh played recently at TB Herobears in Taiwanese T1 League. In 14 games he averaged 6.3ppg, 6.9rpg, 1.1apg, 1.2spg and 2.1bpg last season. He ended the last season at Trouville in Uruguayan LUB where in 6 games he had 3.8ppg, 5.2rpg and 1.3bpg. But the most of that year he spent at New Taipei CTBC DEA (also in T1 League). In 15 games he recorded 7.8ppg, 7.5rpg and 2.5bpg. Good season as he was voted League Player of the Week.
Ibeh has tried to make it to the NBA and played in the NBA Pro Summer League in 2016. He was a member of Rwandan Senior National Team two years ago.
Ibeh is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in seven different countries playing on five different continents. He is familiar with European, Asian, Latin American, African and of course North American leagues. Ibeh has played previously professionally in Germany (Hamburg Towers), Japan (Yokohama B-Corsairs), Philippines (North Port), United Kingdom (Plymouth Patriots), Uruguay (Aguada), Rwanda (Patriots) and NBA G League (Long Island Nets). He was also selected to Asia-Basket.com All-PBA Commissioner's Cup Honorable Mention in 2023.
Ibeh played in the final of British BBL Trophy in 2021.
He graduated from University of Texas in 2016 and it is his seventh season in pro basketball.
