Gladiadores dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Frontinos' 28. International point guard Gregory Vargas (181-1986, agency: Pro Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Costa Rican-Belizean Charles Garcia (204-1988, college: Seattle) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American guard Lamonte Bearden (191-1995, college: WKU) answered with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for Frontinos. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gladiadores have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-1 record. Frontinos at the other side keep the seventh position with ten games lost. Gladiadores will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
