SPB 2024 - Brandon Walters (ex Yalovaspor) signs at Guaiqueries

Guaiqueries de Margarita (SPB) landed 29-year old American 208cm center Brandon Walters (college: MTSU). Walters played most recently at Yalovaspor in Turkish TBL league. In 34 games he averaged impressive 19.9ppg, 8.8rpg, 1.7apg, 1.1spg and 1.4bpg last season. He helped them to win the regular season. It was a very successful season in his career as he was awarded Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TBL Import Player of the Year, Eurobasket.com All-Turkish TBL Player of the Year and Center of the Year.
Walters is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in nine different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Walters has played previously professionally in Chile (Concepcion), Finland (Kataja), Hungary (Alba), Italy (Udine), Japan, Kosovo (Peja), Poland (AZS) and The Basketball Tournament (Fort Wayne Champs).
His team won Italian A2 Cup in 2022.
He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2018 and it will be his seventh season in pro basketball. Walters played also for Walters State Community College for 2 years.
