SPB 2024 - Piratas sign Zack Bryant, ex Milonas

Zack Bryant

Piratas de la Guaira (SPB) signed 26-year old American guard Zack Bryant (188cm-91kg-1997, college: Georgia South). Bryant played last season at Milonas in Greek Elite League. In 9 games he had very impressive stats: 17.0ppg, 3.4rpg, 5.2apg and 1.7spg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. 2023-24 was a great season as he was voted Eurobasket.com All-Greek Elite League Player of the Year, Guard of the Year and League Player of the Week (4 times).
The previous (2023) summer he played at Team DRC in U.S. semi-pro league TBT where in only one game he recorded also remarkable stats: 22 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 1 block in 2023 year.
Bryant is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Finland (Lahti), Germany, Italy (Cantu) and Poland (Czarni).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he played in the final of FHSAA State Championship Class 4A in 2017. Bryant was selected Florida Times-Union All-First Coast Basketball Player of the Year back in 2017.
He graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2021 and it will be his fourth season as a professional player. Bryant played also for University of Alabama at Birmingham for 3 years.
