SPB 2025 - Pioneros sign Heissler Guillent

Heissler Guillent

Pioneros Del Avila (SPB) signed experienced 38-year old Venezuelan ex-international point guard Heissler Guillent (186cm-75kg-1986) for upcoming 2025 season. He played last summer at El Calor in Mexican LNBP. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In 21 LNBP games he had 8.0ppg, 2.9rpg and 5.0apg. Guillent also played for Broncos in Venezuelan SPB where in 9 games he recorded 9.9ppg, 3.2rpg and 6.3apg.
He was also a member of Venezuelan international program for some years. Guillent played for Venezuelan Senior National Team between 2010 and 2023 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2000.
He also represented Venezuela at the World Cup in China six years ago. His stats at that event were 5 games: 13.6ppg, 2.0rpg, 6.2apg, 1.0spg, FGP: 42.4%, 3PT: 44.8%, FT: 33.3%.
Guillent is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Brazil (Vivo/Franca), Colombia (Arrieros, Academia and Titanes), Venezuela (Guaros de Lara 2nd team, Guaiqueries, Guaros, Caciques and Estrellas Occidentales), Dominican Republic (Leones) and Mexico (Astros). Guillent was voted to Venezuelan LPB All-Star Game back in 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2015.
