SPB 2026 - Ricky Ledo is back at Trotamundos, ex Antonine

Trotamundos de Carabobo (SPB) added 33-year-old American small forward Ricky Ledo (201cm-88kg-1992, college: Providence) to their roster. He joins fellow USA player Donta Smith on the team. Ledo is making a comeback to La Asuncion, where he has played before. He most recently played at CS Antonine in the Lebanese DLBL, putting up impressive stats of 19.9ppg, 7.4rpg, 5.9apg, and 1.9spg in 16 games last season. During the previous summer season, he played for Trotamundos de Carabobo in 16 SPB games, averaging 14.8ppg, 2.9rpg, and 2.4apg. Ledo played a key role in helping the team reach the Venezuelan SPB final.
In 2013, he was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks (NBA) in the second round (43rd overall). He graduated from Providence College, and it will be his 13th (hopefully lucky) season in pro basketball.
Ledo is a highly experienced player. He has played professionally in thirteen different countries across five continents. He has played in Bahrain (Al-Muharraq), China (Guandong Tigers, Loongs, Royal Fighters and Anhui Wenyi), Greece (AEK BC Athens), Italy (Reggio Emilia), Philippines (Bossing), Poland (Anwil), Puerto Rico (Gigantes), Spain, Taiwan (Dreamers), Tunisia (US Monastir), Turkey (Yalovaspor and Fethiye) and The Basketball Tournament (Team Hines and YGC). Ledo has gained valuable experience during his career as a pro basketball player in Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and North America.
Ledo's team won the Tunisian Cup in 2025, and he was voted to the Eurobasket.com All-Turkish League Honorable Mention in 2023.
