James Reese V

Trotamundos de Carabobo (SPB) signed 27-year-old American 193cm guard James Reese V (college: S.Carolina). He most recently played for Lakers/9966">South Bay Lakers (NBA G League) in the U.S. In two games, he averaged 5.0ppg, 2.5rpg, 4.0apg, and 1.0spg last season. Reese also had stints with Squadron and Lakers in the NBA G League.
Reese is a very experienced player, thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in six different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with European, Latin American and of course North American leagues. Reese has played professionally in Argentina (Regatas), Mexico (Plateros), United Kingdom (Sharks), Dominican Republic (Reales), The Basketball Tournament (Best Virginia and Bleed Green) and Venezuela (Spartans and Brillantes).
Among many awards, his team won the British SLB Cup in 2025. He was also named to The Basketball Tournament All-Tournament Team in 2025.
Reese graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2022 and is in his fourth season in pro basketball. He played for other colleges such as the University of North Texas, Odessa College, and the University of Buffalo.
