Undefeated leader Potters S. delivered the sixth consecutive victory on Thursday night. This time they beat 7th ranked DA-Project (1-3) 70-62. Potters S. dominated down low during the game scoring 42 of its points in the paint compared to DA-Project's 12. Potters S. forced 19 DA-Project turnovers and outrebounded them 64-27 including a 25-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a quality performance of the former international guard Kareem Edwards (193-1990) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 17 rebounds and Keroi Lee who added 11 points and 16 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international forward Bryan Matthew (196-1976, college: Iona) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and Nathan Matthew scored 11 points. Potters S. (6-0) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row. Newly promoted DA-Project keeps the seventh place with three games lost. Potters S. will meet Lava SSW (#6) in the next round where they are favorite. DA-Project will play against Slam and hope to win that game.
