Slam's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after two consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Navigators (0-3) 85-46 on Thursday. Slam held Navigators to an opponent 23.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 43.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Slam forced 29 Navigators turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Navigators' players. Davon Fludd orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard Andre Burnett contributed with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. Four Slam players scored in double figures. Guard Michael Barton answered with 2 points and 21 rebounds and Baldwin Anthony added 5 points and 14 rebounds in the effort for Navigators.
