We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th rankedRed Hawks (4-5) were defeated at home by seventh ranked Stingerz (7-3) 110-106 on Thursday. Stingerz dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Red Hawks ' 30 and had 21 for 28 from the free-throw line, while Red Hawks only scored four points from the stripe. Stingerz had a 42-27 advantage in offensive rebounds. American forward Joshua Minner (198-1990, college: MACU) fired 31 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Guard Keroi Lee chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points and 16 rebounds. The former international forward Cohen Desouza (201-1994) produced a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 13 rebounds and Bryce Smith added 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side.
