Regular Season Round 16: Flyers - Ottos 68-60

There was a change at the ABBA leadership position after last games. Round 16 most important game was a defeat of league's leaderOttos (7-3). They were defeated by second ranked Flyers (8-2) 68-60 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Ottos. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Flyers dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Ottos ' 30. Flyers forced 23 Ottos turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Adonis Humphreys (198-1994, college: SW Illinois JC) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists and Tajah Williams who added 13 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Flyers' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Danny Perez responded with 16 points and 8 rebounds and guard Warren Bogle scored 22 points and 5 rebounds. Flyers have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. Ottos at the other side dropped to the second place with three games lost. They share the position with Stingerz. They were replaced at the leadership position by Flyers.
