An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Caba. Second rankedEl Talar faced one of their biggest challengers Union Florida . Host El Talar (6-3) defeated guests from Florida (4-4) 71-60 . Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Luciana Delabarba (167-1997) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds and the former international guard Julieta Ale (176-1995) who added 20 points during the contest. Malena Maggi (186-2006) responded with 19 points and Colombian guard Myriam Alonso (175-1992) scored 11 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Newly promoted El Talar maintains second position with 6-3 record having just one point less than leader Gorriones which they share with defeated Union Florida . Loser Union Florida dropped to the second place with four games lost. They share the position with Berazategui and Instituto.
