Everything went according to plan when fourth rankedU.Mar del Plata (6-6) defeated at home 7th ranked Ciclista (4-9) 72-62 on Monday. U.Mar del Plata made 17-of-22 free shots (77.3 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for guard Alejo Britos (187-1994) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 4 assists. Swingman Marco Risso (190-2001) accounted for 11 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side. Four U.Mar del Plata players scored in double figures. Nicolas Reynoso (191-1999) came up with 11 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Matias Alluchon (185-2000) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Ciclista in the defeat.
