Regular Season Round 14: Union - Instituto 73-76

There was no surprise in Santa Fe where 12th ranked Union (5-7) was edged by ninth ranked Instituto (6-4) 76-73 on Thursday. The best player for the winners was Luca Salvetti (, agency: BIG) who scored 18 points and 5 assists. Bautista Corsi chipped in 8 points and 9 rebounds. Facundo Chamorro produced 16 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Lucas Peralta (-2005) added 19 points respectively for the hosts. Four Union players scored in double figures. Union's coach Marcos Chechele tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Instituto moved-up to seventh place. Union lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with seven games lost. They share it with Quimsa.
