Regular Season Round 15: San Martin - Zarate 64-49

San Martin can celebrate finally their first win this season after nine consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Zarate (3-7) 64-49. San Martin made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for Geronimo Ramallo who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Mateo Rearte (-2006) contributed with 17 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Facundo Del Do answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and Mateo Ceci added 18 points in the effort for Zarate. San Martin (1-9) left bottom position moving up to nineteenth place, which they share with Gimnasia. It was Zarate's third loss in a row. They keep the seventeenth position with seven games lost. San Martin will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Zarate will play at home against Atenas (#18) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
