There was no surprise in Mercedes where 5th rankedJujuy (9-8) was defeated by first ranked Comunicaciones (12-5) 78-62 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was center Nicolas Burgos (207-2003) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Santiago Arese (196-1987) chipped in 12 points and 6 rebounds. Five Comunicaciones players scored in double figures. Center Raymon Bastardo (202-2002) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and guard Sahir Abdala (185-2005) added 9 points respectively for the guests.
