Regular Season Round 24: Olimpico - Penarol 80-85

We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams in La Banda where fifteenth ranked Penarol (7-11) defeated 14th ranked Olimpico (7-11) 85-80 on Thursday. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Gian Rossi (185-2005) who helped to win the game recording 34 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds and Gonzalo Aman who added 19 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Augusto Morales (185-2003) with 26 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) and Enzo Facelli (-2003) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds. Four Olimpico players scored in double figures. Olimpico's coach Jose Maria Gerez rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Penarol moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with defeated Olimpico. Olimpico lost third consecutive game. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
