The most surprising game was the first loss ofAmancay (7-1) in Mercedes on Thursday night. Visitors were rolled over by sixth ranked Comunicaciones (4-5) 69-43 . It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Amancay. It was a great evening for naturalized Italian center Damian Tintorelli (205-1981) who led his team to a victory scoring 8 points and 10 rebounds. Center Nicolas Burgos (207-2003) helped adding 8 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Venezuelan center Keiver Marcano (205-2003) with 10 points and guard Mauro Araujo (185-1994) scored 6 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Comunicaciones moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Colon. Amancay at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with Lanus and Dep Viedma.
