Regular Season Round 2: Regatas - Atenas 71-68

Atenas recorded a loss in Corrientes on Sunday night. Visitors were edged by Regatas 71-68. The best player for the winners was who scored 21 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Benjamin Marco (186-2005) chipped in 10 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Regatas' coach Diego Checenelli used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Tiago Tomatis produced 21 points and added 12 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Regatas are looking forward to face Penarol in Mar del Plata in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Atenas will have a break next round.
