Regular Season Round 4: Obras - Quimsa 64-68
Date: October 6, 2025
Obras (2-1) recorded its first loss in Buenos Aires. Hosts were defeated by fifth ranked Quimsa (2-2) 68-64 . Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Diego Figueredo (185-1991, agency: BIG) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 4 assists and the former international guard Nicolas Romano (200-1987) who added 8 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Federico Zezular (198-2001) responded with 18 points and the former international center Marcos Delia (209-1992) scored 4 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Despite that victory Quimsa went down to seventh position due to points difference, which they share with Atenas. Obras at the other side dropped to the fifth place with one game lost. They share the position with La Union. Quimsa will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Obras will play on the road against Racing Ch. (#19) in Chivilcoy and hopes to get back on the winning track.
