Regular Season Round 6: Ferro - San Martin 69-66
Date: October 14, 2025
There was no surprise in Buenos Aires where 11th rankedSan Martin (2-3) was edged by top-ranked Ferro (3-0) 69-66 on Tuesday. However just three-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Ferro dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to San Martin 's 22. Point guard Emiliano Lezcano (187-2001) scored 18 points to lead the charge for the winners and chipped in 10 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was swingman Lucas Gargallo (196-1995) with 16 points and the former international Leonel Schattmann (193-1987) scored 15 points. Ferro have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Loser San Martin keeps the eleventh position with three games lost. They share it with Penarol. Ferro will meet bottom-ranked Argentino (#19) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. San Martin will have a break next round.
