Very predictable result when second rankedObras (8-1) rolled over 8th ranked El Bigua (2-8) in Buenos Aires 82-42 on Friday. Obras forced 22 El Bigua turnovers and outrebounded them 44-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. Obras looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 2 passes made by El Bigua 's players. It was an exceptional evening for Natassja Kolff who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). The former international point guard Florencia Chagas (180-2001) accounted for 15 points for the winning side. Maria Jourdheuil came up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds and added 12 points respectively for El Bigua in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Obras . They maintain second place with 8-1 record having five points less than leader El Talar. Newly promoted El Bigua keeps the eighth position with eight games lost.
