Not a big story in a game when bottom-rankedIndependiente (0-4) lost to fourteenth ranked Jujuy (1-1) in Santiago del Estero 99-103 on Sunday. Jujuy outrebounded Independiente 42-24 including a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Ukrainian Andriy Grytsak (201-2000) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 18 rebounds. Thiago Roca (191-2004) accounted for 27 points for the winning side. Power forward Cristian Amicucci (200-1985) came up with 25 points and 7 rebounds (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and point guard Joaquin Baeza (182-1986, agency: BIG) added 14 points and 4 assists respectively for Independiente in the defeat. Five Jujuy and four Independiente players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Jujuy left bottom position moving up to thirteenth place, which they share with El Talar. Loser Independiente still closes the standings with four games lost.
