We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 11th rankedLas Heras (3-6) lost on the road to twelfth ranked Jujuy (3-2) 100-95 on Friday. Jujuy made 26-of-29 free shots (89.7 percent) during the game. Jujuy outrebounded Las Heras 44-32 including a 18-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Ramiro Stehli nailed 21 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and Francisco Tarnowyk accounted for 19 points and 5 rebounds. Emiliano Correa came up with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists and Venezuelan center Javinger Vargas (202-1990) added 18 points respectively for Las Heras in the defeat. Four Jujuy and five Las Heras players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Jujuy moved-up to ninth place. Loser Las Heras dropped to the twelfth position with six games lost.
