No shocking result in a game in Mar del Plata where fourteenth ranked Penarol (5-10) defeated bottom-ranked Olimpico (1-11) 77-70 on Tuesday. Penarol forced 22 Olimpico turnovers and outrebounded them 45-30 including a 16-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Gian Rossi (185-2005) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winners and Tobias Sirochinsky (-2006) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Valentino Nesci responded with 19 points and 6 rebounds and scored 20 points. Four Olimpico players scored in double figures. Penarol moved-up to thirteenth place. Olimpico lost their seventh game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
