Very predictable result when second rankedLa Union (10-5) rolled over bottom-ranked Argentino (1-13) in Junin 85-66 on Sunday. La Union outrebounded Argentino 42-30 including 32 on the defensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for Franco Alorda who led the winners and scored 20 points and 6 rebounds. point guard Tomas Spano (183-1998) accounted for 14 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. American forward Dana Tate Jr (201-1999, college: Norfolk St., agency: WP Sports Agency) came up with 16 points and 8 rebounds and Ramiro Frontera added 17 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots) respectively for Argentino in the defeat. Argentino's coach Diego Camun rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. La Union maintains second place with 10-5 record having just three point less than leader Ferro. Argentino lost their seventh game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost.
