A very close game took place in Santiago del Estero betweenQuimsa and Gimnasia CR . Fourteenth ranked Quimsa (9-14) got a very close home victory over higher ranked Gimnasia CR (10-13). Quimsa managed to escape with a 3-point win 87-84 on Saturday evening. Venezuelan center Jesus Centeno (205-2006) added 12 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Five Quimsa and four Gimnasia players scored in double figures. Quimsa have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to thirteenth place. Loser Gimnasia CR dropped to the eleventh position with 13 games lost.
