Very important is a road loss of second rankedAmancay (14-7) against sixth ranked Jujuy (13-10) on Wednesday night. Visiting Amancay was defeated by Jujuy in 85-70 . It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Amancay. Jujuy made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of center Augusto Roveres (207-2003) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his twelve free throws !!!) and forward Santiago Ibarra (198-1998) who added 14 points and 5 assists during the contest. Five Jujuy players scored in double figures. At the losing side point guard Gonzalo Alonso (178-2002) responded with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and Diego Peralta (195-1994) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Amancay's coach Gabriel Albornoz rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Jujuy have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 13-10 record. Loser Amancay keeps the second place with seven games lost.
