Bottom-rankedRiachuelo is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their ninth consecutive match to fifth ranked Quimsa (6-3) 83-67 . Quimsa forced 21 Riachuelo turnovers and outrebounded them 45-29 including a 38-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Quimsa players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Lorena Campos (171-1999) who helped to win the game recording 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Lara Perez (171-2004) who added 16 points during the contest. At the losing side point guard Florencia Ortiz (160-2000) responded with 25 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 6 steals and swingman Maria Acevedo (170-1993) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Despite that victory Quimsa went down to sixth position due to points difference, which they share with Berazategui. Riachuelo at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost.
