Regular Season Round 38: Obera - Ferro 76-86

Rather predictable result when sixth ranked Ferro (20-10) defeated on the road 10th ranked Obera (14-15) 86-76 on Tuesday. The best player for the winners was Tobias Tamagusuku who scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Ulises Martorell (198-2006) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. Four Ferro players scored in double figures. Guard Albano Costa (192-2006) produced a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 10 rebounds and 5 assists and Colombian point guard Edwin Niebles (178-2005) added 20 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Ferro moved-up to fifth place. Loser Obera dropped to the eighth position with 15 games lost. They share it with San Lorenzo and Racing Ch.. Ferro will meet San Martin (#16) in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Obera will play against Independ.O. (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
