Worth to mention about the upset in a game betweenBerazategui (8-5) and Lanus (4-12), which took place in Buenos Aires. Higher ranked Berazategui lost at home to sixteenth ranked Lanus 44-52 on Saturday. Lanus forced 23 Berazategui turnovers. Strangely Berazategui outrebounded Lanus 49-34 including a 39-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. Power forward Camila Peri (182-2000) orchestrated the victory by scoring 10 points and 9 rebounds. Guard Berenice Lopez (168-1999) contributed with 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Magali Vilches (182-2002) answered with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 16 rebounds and Luz Andujar (173-2005) added 11 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Berazategui. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Lanus moved-up to fifteenth place, which they share with Bochas. Berazategui at the other side dropped to the seventh position with five games lost. They share it with Union Florida.
