Bottom-rankedOlimpico managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the series of seven consecutive losses on Saturday night. This time they won against eleventh-ranked Quimsa in La Banda 80-75 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Quimsa. Strangely Quimsa outrebounded Olimpico 46-33 including 33 on the defensive glass. Guard Jeremias Barco (-2005) orchestrated the victory by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds. Lautaro Cerioni contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Olimpico's coach Jose Maria Gerez used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Patricio Cogliati (203-2006) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 18 rebounds and Paraguayan forward Sebastian Bogado (206-2007) added 17 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Quimsa. Five Quimsa players scored in double figures. Olimpico maintains nineteenth place with 4-27 record. Quimsa at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 18 games lost.
