The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Nassau:Giants (#2) and Rockets (#3). Rockets were defeated at home 90-100 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Rockets. Giants made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 Rockets turnovers. It was a great evening for the former international guard Jackson Jacob (186-1990, college: NAIT) who led his team to a victory scoring 32 points and 4 assists. The former international swingman Dylan Musgrove (190, college: Southeastern) helped adding 23 points and 7 rebounds. Giants' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side the former international guard Abel Joseph (200-1990, college: Holland) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists and the former international power forward Kadeem Coleby (206-1989, college: Wichita St., agency: Sport Avenir) produced a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Giants (6-0) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They maintain second place with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row behind leader High Flyers. Rockets at the other side dropped to the fourth position with two games lost.
