There was no surprise in Bridgetown where 8th rankedTridents (1-11) were defeated by sixth ranked Warrens (3-8) 78-74 on Sunday. Warrens dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Tridents ' 36. They outrebounded Tridents 63-39 including a 44-26 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for guard Manuel Alleng who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Kaliel Austin helped adding 18 points and 15 rebounds. Five Warrens players scored in double figures. Guard Darreon Griffin responded with 35 points (!!!) and guard Zane Gaskin scored 7 points and 9 assists. Tridents' coach C. Edwards rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Warrens maintains sixth place with 3-8 record. Tridents lost their fourth game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost.
