Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Bridgetown:Bulls (#3) and Bears (#4). Bears were defeated at home 74-83 and even the fact of playing on their own court did not help. Bulls outrebounded Bears 47-34 including 33 on the defensive glass. The winners were led by the former international forward Rasheed Maynard (185-2000) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds and the former international guard Simeon Maynard (178-2004) supported him with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Bulls players scored in double figures. Bulls' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 28 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by Antoine Winter did not help to save the game for Bears . The former international Mark Bridgeman (198-1990) added 17 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for lost side. Defending champion maintains third position with 4-1 record behind leader Cavaliers. Newly promoted Bears dropped to the sixth place with four games lost. They share the position with Warrens.
