No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedPinelands (5-4) beat on the road bottom-ranked Warrens (1-9) 92-74 on Friday. Pinelands dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Warrens ' 48. Pinelands forced 26 Warrens turnovers and outrebounded them 59-45 including a 26-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. Pinelands looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The former international Carl Thorpe (201-2001, college: York, NE) nailed a triple-double by scoring 30 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists for the winning side and guard Rachad Hall (183) accounted for 6 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 8 steals. Pinelands' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Trishon Gaskin came up with 17 points and 5 rebounds and guard Jonathan Dottin (203) added 12 points and 12 rebounds respectively for Warrens in the defeat. Four Warrens players scored in double figures. Pinelands maintains fourth place with 5-4 record. Warrens lost their seventh game in a row. They dropped to the bottom position with nine games lost. They share it with Tridents.
