Cavaliers (10-1) recorded its first loss in Bridgetown on Wednesday night. Visitors were edged by third ranked Bulls (8-3) 89-86 . It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Cavaliers. Bulls forced 22 Cavaliers turnovers. Strangely Cavaliers outrebounded Bulls 51-29 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Bulls looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Rahim Gibbons (178-1991) who scored 27 points, 5 assists and 5 steals. The former international guard Simeon Maynard (178-2004) chipped in 22 points and 5 assists. Four Bulls players scored in double figures. Guard Gavin Phillips produced a double-double by scoring 31 points and 14 rebounds and guard Zachary Cave added 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for the guests. Defending champion maintains third place with 8-3 record having just two points less than leader Cavaliers. Cavaliers at the other side still keep top position with one game lost. They share it with Celtics.
