The most exciting game of round 6 in the BEBL took place in . This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of 4th rankedWestern Ballaz (2-3) to sixth ranked City Kings (2-5) 101-98 on Friday evening. Kings forced 27 Western Ballaz turnovers. Strangely Western Ballaz outrebounded Kings 43-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for Elvert Ariola who led his team to a victory with 33 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds. Jevaughn McKenzie contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Center Jahiem Ciego replied with 27 points and 5 rebounds and American guard Dennis Flowers III (188-2001, college: ACU) added 23 points in the effort for Western Ballaz. Four Western Ballaz players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Kings maintains sixth position with 2-5 record. Western Ballaz at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost.
