The most crucial game of the last round was a loss ofTrojans in Belmopan. Hosts were rolled over by Tiger Sharks 106-85 . Tiger Sharks forced 28 Trojans turnovers and outrebounded them 53-41 including 20 on the offensive glass. Tiger Sharks players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Trojans were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Guard Eyan Rene (186) notched a double-double by scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and Edward Hampton supported him with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Even 21 points and 7 rebounds by forward Jarrel Velasquez (191-1991) did not help to save the game for Trojans . American guard Bryan Hudson (190, college: MWSU) added 16 points and 7 rebounds for the hosts. Five Tiger Sharks and four Trojans players scored in double figures. Trojans' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
