The most surprising game was a loss of top-rankedMinas (28-5) on the court of fifteenth ranked Sao Paulo on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by Sao Paulo 71-67 . It ended at the same time the ten-game winning streak of Minas. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Paulo Da Costa (194-1994) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Malcolm Miller (201-1991, college: Southern) who added 14 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side forward Winicius Braga (204-2005) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and American Jeremy Hollowell (203-1994, college: Georgia St., agency: BIG) scored 9 points and 5 rebounds. Sao Paulo (12-21) moved-up to fourteenth place. Minas at the other side still keeps top position with five games lost.
