We should mention about the upset which took place in Osasco, whereOsasco (0-3) lost at home to Paschoalotto/Bauru (1-3) 69-82 . It looked good early as Osasco took a 6-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Paschoalotto/Bauru had a 28-12 second period charge getting the lead and Osasco was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 69-82. Paschoalotto/Bauru players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. It was a good game for the former international guard Alex Garcia (191-1980, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 6 rebounds and 13 assists. Germerson Barbosa (204-1993) contributed with 28 points for the winners. The former international center Cristiano Felicio (210-1992, college: Oregon) answered with 15 points and 5 rebounds and Argentinian guard Alejo Britos (187-1994) added 13 points in the effort for Osasco. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Osasco's coach Enio Vecchi tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
