Eleventh-rankedU.Corinthians (5-7) gave a tough game to second ranked Minas (12-2) in Santa Cruz do Sul on Friday. The visitors from Belo Horizonte managed to secure only three-point victory 74-71 . Minas have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Flamengo. U.Corinthians at the other side keeps the eleventh place with seven games lost. They share the position with Caxias do Sul.
