Regular Season Round 10: Paisas - Cimarrones 69-67

The most exciting game of round 10 in the Liga Wplay took place in Medellin. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 6th rankedCimarrones (6-9) to fifth ranked Paisas (6-10) 69-67 on Sunday evening. Paisas looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard Mascio McCadney (190-1998, college: MSU-Northern) had a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 assists and 5 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import forward DeAndre Daniels (206-1992, college: UConn, agency: BIG) chipped in 12 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side the former international power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and American point guard DaQuan Brooks (177-1990, college: W.Connecticut) scored 14 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Cimarrones' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory Paisas went down to sixth position due to points difference. Cimarrones at the other side dropped to the fifth place with nine games lost.
