An exciting game was played in Medellin. Third rankedStorm faced their biggest opponent Paisas . Guests from San Andres Island (4-2) defeated host Paisas (3-1) 83-79 . It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Paisas. It was a key game for the second position in the league. They outrebounded Paisas 50-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Michael Jackson (198-1987) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds (made all of his eleven free throws !!!). contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Five Storm players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Juan Tello-Palacios (206-1985) replied with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Ty-Shon Alexander (193-1998, college: Creighton) added 18 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Paisas. Carrib.Storm moved-up to second place. Defending champion Paisas dropped to the third position with one game lost.
