Very important is a home loss of second rankedStorm (5-3) against sixth ranked Motilones (2-4) on Sunday night. Host Storm was defeated by Motilones in a tough game in San Andres Island 85-92 . Motilones made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They brought some defensive toughness making 11 blocks. orchestrated the victory by scoring 37 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Chilean point guard Franco Morales (181-1992) contributed with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Motilones players scored in double figures. The former international forward Michael Jackson (198-1987) answered with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) and Dominican Bernardo Polanco (189-1994) added 9 points and 15 rebounds in the effort for Carrib.Storm. Storm's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Motilones maintains sixth place with 2-4 record. Carrib.Storm at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost.
